REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: 27 June 2025

At FamBam Boxing, we want every member and customer to have a positive experience. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our refund policy below, which outlines your rights and responsibilities when requesting a refund.

1. Class Bookings & Training Sessions

Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class or session to be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable, except in cases of emergencies (subject to management approval).

No-Shows

  • No-shows will not be refunded or credited.

 

2. Memberships & Subscriptions

Monthly Plans

  • Monthly membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

  • You may cancel your membership at any time to avoid future billing, but no partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

Annual Plans

  • Annual plans may be canceled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you haven’t attended a class.

  • After 7 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but we may consider partial credit for future services on a case-by-case basis.

 

3. Merchandise

Returns & Exchanges

  • Physical items (apparel, gear, accessories) can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase if unused and in original packaging.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, water bottles, hand wraps, and other hygiene-sensitive products are final sale and not eligible for return.

 

4. Digital Products & Downloads

  • All sales of digital content (e.g., training videos, eBooks, virtual programs) are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

 

5. Private Training & Events

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of a private session or event booking are eligible for a full refund.

  • Group event deposits are non-refundable, but may be credited toward a rescheduled date if notice is given 72+ hours in advance.

 

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with your:

  • Full name

  • Order number or booking reference

  • Reason for the request

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

7. Policy Changes

FamBam Boxing reserves the right to update or change this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
